Serve Day

Serve Day is a day designated for churches, businesses, and agencies to serve together across Ventura County. ACTION finds needs within our communities and helps match volunteers to local projects. In 2018, 1,550 volunteers served with us in 500 projects at transitional living centers, mobile home parks, schools and homeless shelters in their neighborhoods.
How can you get involved in Serve Day?
- Gather a group to serve with you! Family, friends and small groups are great to start.
- Find a community that you would like to serve.
- ACTION teams go out to mobile home parks, schools, foster homes and more!
- Establish a Project Team Leader – or volunteer to be one for your group!
- Check out our Resources page for guides and flyers to answer any questions you have.
